To apply to the PSCC Foundation for a scholarship grant:

1. Fill out and submit the Student Application form (found on the menu above)
2. Provide our site link to your pastor and one elder from your church and ask them to fill out the Church Leader's Reference Form in the Application Procedure Menu. If they do not have internet access, you can provide them the PDF form using the Downloads links in the same Menu.
3. Send a copy of the transcript from your last school attended to:

Attention: All Three Items MUST Be Received by April 1 to be Considered. It is Your Responsibility to See That These Items are Done!
